Barry Attarzadeh is an Anglo-Iranian, educated in the United Kingdom and with over 22 years experience in the property industry in Canada, USA and Europe. Prior to forming Longford Securities, Barry worked for Elliott Son and Boyton, a London and regional property consultancy, becoming Joint Senior Partner in 1991. The practice was ultimately sold to Chesterton International in June 1992 and he joined as Director of Investments. The strengths of LS&E’s Managing Director are in the fields of finance, valuation and development. Hugh Gauntlett is British, educated in the United Kingdom with over 40 years experience in the commercial property industry, including 17 years as a Director of Elliott Son & Boyton. His expertise as the Property Director is in commercial and retail development and subsequent to joining Longford also in the residential development area. Peter Johnson is British, a qualified chartered surveyor, educated in the United Kingdom. After working with two London Boroughs he entered private practice with E.C. Harris, and subsequently becoming a partner at Wakemans and has over 30 years experience acting as a quantity surveyor and project manager for office, retail, industrial and residential developments. Since the inception of Longford, Peter has advised the company on construction matters and in 2001 accepted an invitation to become a Director.
